He founded SmarterYou to help people grow beyond their perceived limits, and he leads every program and cohort himself.
Samson works with individuals, teams, and organizations on leadership, mindset, and the identity shifts that change how people show up at work and in life. His approach is simple and hard to fake: real growth starts with how you see yourself, so that is where he begins.
He facilitates every LeadForward cohort personally, which means the people in the room are guided by the person who built the work, not a recording and not a script.

The journey
Samson began his professional life at seventeen as a sales executive, with little understanding of how workplaces really work. He approached it with a growth mindset, and within five years he had risen into a leadership role.
Curious why so many talented people, some with strong academic records, stalled and grew dissatisfied, he spent years studying, observing, and reflecting on what actually drives growth at work. He began teaching what he learned to colleagues, and watching them transform set the direction for the rest of his career.
That work became SmarterYou and his book, The Art of Working. Today he is focused on helping people grow, thrive, and find real fulfillment in their working lives.
